How do I create a dns reverse lookup record ?
I get stuck when asks me for network id or name ?

Yup, I do the same.

It depends on the browser you use.  Some older ones do plain text, but I
think that's IE4 and older!  Of course, you can set the Exchange server
to
convert every message back to plain text, which is what I do.
