Rather embarrasingly - I don't know.

There's a version in the files area of http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jreceiver_user

... but that ALSO contains the JReceiver support hacks, and I don't know whether it'll still work if you use the Rio manager.

Don't worry about trashing a Rio, though. The ADVANTAGE of that PC software is that it contains an entire O/S image that it serves to the Rio. So all the upgrade are roll-back-able. The only stuff burnt into the Rio is a "boot from network" image :-)

Do tell guys - is there a link to a site somewhere?????

The 'tron has a web interface so I can control it from a wifi-ed iPaq
for instance, which is great.  Would love to be able to ditch my
pronto in favour of an iPaq remote for everything, but that's another
story.....

I'd like to see what can be done with the Rio, but I suspect
the 'tron will still win at the end of the day.....
