dns record win200server problem

hi guys 

got an interesting problem

My domain on my win server 2000 is aashram.com BUT my new website is also
aashram.com

Consequence of that is that no pc in my lan can access the website.
Therefore i have to 

add a dns host record for www to redirect everyone to the website. That
would work fine

if only my hosting company did not used shared ips. So i cannot access my
web site

by using just the ip address. I have to use the full domain address
aashram.com.

So how can I redirect on the domain name instead of the ip address on
windows 2000 server ?
