Yup, I get that too. The doc appears to be opening then it just sits
there, check out the Task Manager and it tells you that the program is
unresponsive. However, I have discovered that if you just leave it, it
will come back most times. Hell knows why it does it but all the
machines seem to, but then they all have Norton on them ;-)
