The other item they suggest is the address of your isp.

The isp I use is a rather small "business" aimed one. They simply
forward
any mail/certificates to me.
(aaisp.net)    Obviously this would depend on your isp's
policy as to if
they would do this.

Otherwise I would use a pobox.
