Mark,

I knew you had some involvement with B&Q, though in what capacity I
didn't know - doesn't stop me ranting about them though :-D
(And is also why I suggested the B&Q in your area might be better
than the one in Croydon!)

It's a shame you're not in charge of staff training, specifically in
the areas of being around when needed and being helpful to
customers :D
