Are you (or Ian + Jenni) using Office 2000 or XP on your Windows XP
clients? I have not encountered this particular problem on any of my
XP clients with a 2K server, but I am using Office XP too.

As an aside, I have found one problem that I can't solve. It is in
word XP. I have a laserjet 4000 on the network fitted with an
envelope feeder so I often create a word document with the first page
as an envelope and subsequent pages as A4, all set to auto as the
tray. In print preview everything looks fine, but when I actually
print, the envelope comes out fine but the rest of the document only
prints on the top part of the A4 page (an area exactly matching the
envelope height). The same document will print from the same client
to the same printer perfectly using Word 2000.
