You can record a real stream.

I use a piece of software called TotalRecorder
(www.highcriteria.com)

But the quality won't be up to much, especially not for music.

Mail me off list at daniel.james@xxxxxxx with the program 
details, and I'll record it off the radio for you. What format would 
you prefer? - "ordinary" audio i.e on MiniDisc or CDR or MP3?
