I failed another job interview yesterday, and it's becoming blindingly obvious
that no-one wants PHP & Perl developers. Java on the other hand is quite high
in demand.

I've been looking for junior positions etc to get my foot in the door and get
some experience, but the major job sites dont seem to carry junior roles, or
if they do they use keywords other than junior or trainee.

Can anyone offer any advice on getting a job like this?
