Umar,

No conversion needed. They operate on dual voltage...

All that's required is the right kind of plug - either get a fig-8 lead
with a moulded UK plug, or chop the "mains" end off the US one,
and fit a UK one.

Note - mine says on the back 110/240v - worth checking yours does too!
