1u servrs tend to be mounted on the 'ears' alone... what I would do
is balance the weight a little with the heavier stuff closer to the
ears.. my very basic understanding of physics tells me that if the
weight is further from the ears it would exert more pressure on
them... put the drives near the front if possible... and the psu if
its a big one (tho how big and heavy it could be in a 1u case gets
past me)
