I had this on two circuits.  One was where 4 switches were in a single gang
box and the other was where there were 5 in a single!  Seperating the wires
in the back box was enough to cure it from memory.  In both cases the
problem didn't occur until several weeks after the wiring was in and
running.  The symptoms are the light constantly dimming and brightening.

I was also told (unconfirmed) that the next version of the DIN rail firmware
cured this problem anyway.
