Re: Partition sizes on NT4 Server



Before 2000 came along we as a matter of course used to do an NT install on
a 2 gig partition (NTFS) and then once the server was running partition
magic it to the full size of the disk.  Always used to work on self builds,
however on a couple of intergraphs we had that came preinstalled with 2 gig
and then a big 2nd partition, it screwed up the system when we deleted the
big one and extended the little.   That might have been due to a
nonestandard hard drive controller or something though.
