Looks fine.

The only thing I have to check is range. I am getting signal from cable TV. These boosters cover channels E2 to 69.

I think that I am getting programs on higher channels.

The way I did it was to buy one of those cheap RF TV amplifiers >from ut one output to each device. I did this with my TV antenna for my TV and the PC-TV card in the computer and got no signal loss.

 

Splitting a signal into multiple inputs just by using a cheap splitter is not a good idea as you are affecting the impedance of the connection and signal loss will be the most likely cause as you have discovered.

Does anyone know how can I split RF signal with minimum signal loss?

At the moment I take the signal from socket to passive splitter (cheap one, bougth at Henrys for £3) then one branch goes into VCR and then into TV. The other one goes into PC TV card and the image is bad with a lot of noise. If i put a TiVo into equation it will be even worse. 

Will using better TV aerial cables make difference (like the ones on www.beyondhifi.net).

Where can I but better quality splitter?
