Yes, I
have it that way.
I
moved BT socket in node 0 and installed ADSL filter
there.
Then I
installed ADSL modem there and conected to the server.
Telephone line I connected to patch panel and then I connect over
the
Cat5 (Cat6 in my case) wherever I want.
At the
moment it's in Living room.
Nik
I am going to add some more phone
extensions around the house and am thinking about ADSL. Is it possible
to
add the filter to the master socket and then have the extensions in a
star-net type fashion *after* they have passed through the
filter?
If not, what would be a better way of adding more sockets?
At
my current home, I put all the extensions in series and it's a nightmare
if
things go wrong.
