Purely out of interest, I've created a UKHA_TurboNET Yahoo group.  If you are interested, then pop over and vote - you only need to vote YES if you are interested.  NOs will be ignored.

I'm not saying that (i) I'm willing do actually do a bulk buy or that (ii) we will get preferential prices if a bulk buy were to go ahead.  This is merely a toe in the water to see whether it is worth investigating further - either by myself or person(s) yet un-named.
