I totally agree with Phil - unmetered should be exactly that,
unmeasured.
My dictionary defines "meter" as
quote:
device measuring and indicating the quantity supplied, distance
travelled,
time elapsed etc
end quote
So it appears BT are misleading in the way they describe their service.
