I totally agree with Phil - unmetered should be exactly that, unmeasured.

My dictionary defines "meter" as
quote:
device measuring and indicating the quantity supplied, distance travelled,
time elapsed etc
end quote

So it appears BT are misleading in the way they describe their service. One
for Oftel methinks.
