That's the beauty of programming - it's very engaging, often (even
mostly) creative, and extremely satisfying getting something to
work.

I can highly recommend it to others on the list who've mentioned
not being programmers (or even ex-programmers by the sounds
of Anto above!). Taking something apart and rebuilding it is a great
place to start.
