Outlook contacts would be great, but as OL can export to a csv I guess that's
the most common format.

Out of interest, what else is on the list??

And so will my plug-in, although it doesn't do name look up of incoming
number because I  don't need that functionality in the plug-
in and couldn't be arsed. If this is really a big deal, I can add it, but
it'll go on the end of a very long list...
If I were to add name look up, what would be the preferred method? Outlook
contacts, flat file, access, A.N.Other?
