I did try turning that down to no avail (but see below). Since it's

This worked ... but only after a reboot. I wonder if releasing and
renewing the IP in WinIPCfg required the reboot.

Anyway, I take it all back. JasonL, ChrisB, AndyL, and others I
now forget (sorry) ... you were right all along.

It takes a fair old while for everything to appear though. Several
minutes I'd have said.

Patience, not one of my stronger virtues, now clear for all to see!
Oh well.
