Anyone know of a low(ish) cost solution for PIP ? I would really like a moveable and resizeable window if possible, but not essential.  Want it for a security camera overlay if someone comes to the door.

I know someone who has an old PIP capable VCR - if I were to get that would I be able to easily kludge it to work with two external video sources rather than tape & video ?
