My thinkpad is in a bad way (fortunately it lasted through the
presentation on Friday) and I need to get a couple of replacement
parts. First of all the 'Keyboard Bezel' (IBM part no: #08K6088) is
broken on both sides which allows the base of the unit to flex,
sometimes resulting in the screen blanking and often interfering with
the operation of the keyboard. Second, the hard disk failed last
night making rather unpleasant noises and resulting in coruption to
my profile. Fortunately all data is held on my server, so nothing is
lost (other than time installing applications) but I do need to get
this fixed as soon as possible.

Obviously the hard disk can be replaced with a wide range of disks,
but I am looking for recommendations on supplier, make and model. The
keyboard bezel though is a different matter, I have no idea where to
even start looking for one, can anyone suggest a vendor?

The laptop in question is a thinkpad T20.

Thanks

Graham

P.S. If anyone has this model, I am missing the original installation
disks and although I have already rebuilt it once and installed XP on
it, I do not have a copy of the DVD software (IBM only have the
upgrade on their site) and it would be nice to get that working
again. I know that there is other software available, but would like
to try the original first if possible.
