well that's the point of rapid development ;-)

I agree entirely. But it also depends on the tools and of course knowledge of the author.

browser. Just showing once again that unfortunately standards aren't always particularly standard.

Any browser design is not mutually exclusive to being standards compliant, but it is every bit as important if not more so.
