Actually, I tend to read it every three months or so. I find it's good
to refresh your memory.

It's got the stage now where I can actually quote rules to police
officers! One copper stopped me for overtaking someone by using the
diagonal hatching in the centre of a road. He was trying to tell me that
diagonal hatching = no entry. I quoted back:

Rule 109: "If the area is bordered by a broken white line, you should
not enter the area unless it is necessary and you can see that it is
safe to do so."

He was somewhat shocked at this and let me go on my merry way :-)
