Thing is Tim just as a matter of principle we can't all agree on one
point ... It would cause an irrepairable tear in the time-space
continuum.
Myself, I know beemers are good cars, my brother in law has a 540i
which
goes like shit off a stick (even tho it's an auto), rides like a magic
carpet (even though it has tyres the best part of a foot wide) and
makes
that lovely V8 burble (even though, as a beemer, it does its best to be
discrete). Much as I like it - much as I liked your last beemer - I
don't know whether I could actually bring myself to *OWN* one ... Maybe
it's the same as Porsches and Peugeot 406's in that I've just known too
many absolute arseholes that have owned them to actually have one
myself.
