Hi Brian
The clipsal on /off switch if it is like the aussie
version you should use common and 1 for normally open with switch
in
off position .the connection marked 2 is for 2 way switching .On the aussie
version theres one on its own marked (loop) which is usually used for
neutrals.
On the momentry oness ive got 1 is common 2 is normally open 3 is
normally
closed 4 = loop = a connector not part of the switch . To connect to
the
modules connect the live wire to the point marked c on the on/off switch
and 1
on the momentry switch and then connect 1 on the on/off switch to 2 on
the
module do the same with 2 on the momentry switch .
As i say this is based on the switch
mechs
being the same as the aussie version. DO NOT CONNECT THE NEUTRAL TO
ANY OF
THE SWITCHES ,IT CAN ONLY GO TO A TERMINAL MARKED LOOP.

Subject: [ukha_d] Silly
question....
Hi, I have just decided to try and wire up a couple of
DIN
modules using 2 clipsal switches.
I have 1 on/off switch and 1
momentary switch. The problem is they have too many
connections!
The
switch has 3 connectors:- C
Common? 1
Phase? 2 Neutral?
If this is
correct
how do I connect it to the LD11?
Also the momentary switch has 4
connections. I assume 2 are "press to make" or "press to break"? but
what
about the others?
Can anyone help me with this please as I do not
know where to look?
Lastly, what is the difference between an LD10
and
an LD11? please do not say 1!.........assuming there is a
difference.
TIA,
B.
