Really?
I had a faulty stick of 333MHz DDR ram and they sent me out an advance
replacement, I also had a faulty Radeon 8500, and they sent back an
8500LE by mistake. Full of apologies they arranged a "pick-up and
drop"
to make sure that I had the right card in the shortest possible time.

I used to love 'em, until I had a problem. The tech support guys are
very
helpful, but their attitude to returns was the same as scan's:
"we've
got yer
money, so blow it out yer ass".
