Hi Mark,

Firstly, thank you for replying in a useful, technical and
non-confrontational manner. Wish the same could be said of others.

I take your points onboard and think I think I just about agree with the case provided for Italy. Most content would be from Italy only, it would be a MAN etc. Also take on your point about the local loop. Be
interesting to see if the aforementioned Italian Internet Provider is
around in 2 years time :-)

There are interesting times ahead with this Internet malarkey.
