OT How many postings today?

Sorry for this but I have only received around 50 postings today, is
this about correct of is something seriously wrong?

I have received about 6 of the same posting, and I do not know if this
is NTL or Yahoo, or ME!

I really can not believe this group is this quiet! I am using the
exchange part of SBS 2000.

I also have 400 odd mails in the system mailbox but have not got a clue
how to retrieve these, they were there when I was first playing with
the
system I think?

Any advise mucho appreciated.
