Prep'ing for Rio DDAR

Well hopefully my Rio DDAR will turn up some time this week - just
wondering what things I should consider doing to upgrade/enhance it for
HA use.

What tweaks should I be making, why, and where do I get them from?

This would probably make a good summary guide to put up on the site if
there is not one available already.
