Unless the link you posted was for a different site than the one you're
talking about, it's pharsical.

First off, it consists soley of a popup window with a shockwave flash
animation. Why the hell do they use a popup window for that? 
There's nothing in the main one!!!

Which also means that if you use a browser or app which blocks pop-up
windows ... there is no site.

It *also* means that if you don't have shockwave flash installed it doesn't
work. I don't get any alternative text when I test in a browser 
without.

I could really do without the loud, poor quality 'noise' it plays. I'm
trying to listen to Jazz FM via wavefinder .... I don't want irritating
fuzz to 
blast through my speakers!!

Why do they need a shockwave flash animation to say "No site here at
the mo, try later. Click here to join the mailing list" ?

That is definitely not the definition of a good site under any definition I
know. On the other hand, let me know when there is actually 
something there [with any luck it will include a skip intro button].
