What type should i use for around 30m ?

Single  core screened, coax, cat 5 or ?

Hi,

Anyone advise over what distance composite B/W signal can travel without
loss in quality. Its an el cheapo B&Q sell off job that comes with several
metres of flat cable.


Also is it possible to feed two inputs from one source - say a vcr & a
winTV card ?
