RE: cat5 regs question



I have run Cat5 within 5-6 inches of mains with no problems...
(and I run voice over some of those cables)

unless you are looking to gain a Cat5 certificate, you will as Chris says
have to compromise in some parts of the house...

that's my 0.02p

some people say it's all bull. Other says leave 12 inches.

I reckon you should do what you have to. Can't rebuild the house around the
cat 5 can you?
