Or it could mean that they have made a
NAFF Scart Plug which when not connecting properly you can't remove from
the socket ;-)

read
in Which! recently that Sky have produced a Scart plug that does
lock!
Apparently they take more fault calls because of Scart leads than anything
else
so they've done something about. Four metal lugs lock it,
although removing
it is possible it's a bit of a struggle apparently. Should be on sale
in
Comet and Dixons this month. There's even a picture of a video being
suspended by the Scart cable!
