I want to improve my HVWEBSERVER pages, and
add a
few extra functionalites, so any suggestions on the best/cheapest software
available for building your own webpages ?
A complete novice, I've been using word to do
it so
far, but there must be better ways ? I've heard of frontpage, but never
seen it,
dont know what it does for me, and cant compare it to other packages, so if
anyone can advise it would be apppreciated.
