yes - we set up a digibox in France - at my parents house - they used to have analog which was a doddle to set up,

but when they switched to digital they spent many hours trying to align it - but failed :-)

 

within 10 mins of me arriving with the satellite finder we had a 'perfect' picture - and that was the first time I had ever used it !!

Well after an entertaining hour or so on Saturday, trying to find the Astra
Satellite, (with a compass and the signal strength meter on the digibox) has
anyone tried using one of the many satellite finders available on the
market?

If you have, how long does it take to "find" the satellite?  - I would be
resetting this up on a regular basis, as its used with our Caravan, and who
knows where we might be!
