  1. This unit uses IRDA, as understand it, the ocelot cannot operate in this frequency band, and thus will not be able to communicate with it, and therefore nor will other learning remotes.
Sorry there is no easy solution to this one.

i using homeseer and ocelot to send ir to it

Is this for IR blasting? NTL Pace uses IRDA on some models. Check out the Tivo Forums to findout more info on IR and 1000 & 2000 model PACE DigiBoxes.I think there is a dongle you can use.
