Nope.

The leakage current through the AM10 when powered off is just too high.

It continues to energise the coil, so the relay just buzzes at 50Hz.

As an alarming side note, it makes me wonder if you could be electrocuted
by
coing into contact with the mains in a *supposedly* off AM10.

I tried disabling local control, and succeeded in frying a module..

Other thoughts included adding a "chunky" resistor or even a
mains
capable current regulator in the circuit.
