Actually, the biggest issue for me is finding out who (ITO potential
suppliers) _really_ understands this stuff.

Some _very_ big names made some _very_ big mistakes (now fixed) on the
Woolworths site first time round. In fact the mistakes were sufficiently
big that I got just over =A3150,000 cash, plus =A350,000 in free services
i=
n
compensation out of them...

.... which is why I got my bosses job when he left ;-)
