RE: Radiator efficiency...
following on....
If the Rads are identical apart from the finish, is it worth swapping them
over for a couple of days, its a bit of a fag do though.
(but would at least prove its not the rad that's the problem)

Indeed, the surface temperature of both rads is the same (bloody hot!), but
the bathroom does have a lot more "cold" surface materials than
the bedroom.
- Laminate wood floor, 50% tiled walls, the other 50% is just painted
plaster etc...
