gprs internet access working!!!!

Just managed to get the GPRS working, this email sent using my GPRS
connection to my home PC!!!!

Now, can anyone help n figuring out wehter or not my pc can be accessed
from
the net ? How do I go about doiong htis ? MY Phones IP address
is172.019.254.232
