Hmmm - well I made an order three weeks ago and they took my money and
never sent
me anything. Rang them today and they say they are waiting for stock and
have
not had any for a long time.

Are they allowed to take my money like that?   They are going to give me a
refund.

I'm not very happy as I waited weeks for nothing.
