If you are using the proper Dongles then the colour code on the CAT5 is the same as the normal BT wiring scheme. Gat a parch cord, cut the RJ45 off one end and either crimp a BT plug onto it or wire it into a socket
 
2    BLUE/White
3    ORANGE/White
4    WHITE/Orange
5    WHITE/Blue

Does anyone know when you use structured wiring in a office, which cat5
pins go where to work with a Krone seconday dongal ?

IE. On my node 0 patch pannel which pins go to each of the pins on a BT
secondary skt, so that at the other end if I plug a Krone secondary
dongle in the wall it works (and then plug a phone into the dongle
