Having just been to a the blackpool branch of b&q wharehouse I saw a
kit
which was wireless based and included phone dialer for about £33 and Ive
just bought a door entry system which includes camera etc also for £32 so
perhaps a combination of bits from one or both of these might help solve
your problem.
