Dont forget they use NTSC not PAL.
 
Unless you have an NTSC compatable TV you will get a Black and White picture.

How much of the stuff from this site is useable here inthe uk, I understand the electrical limitations such as 50/60hz and 110/230v but the x10 camera deals look very inviting!!
