have tried turning the DHCP on my 'server' computer off and still nothing.

have unplugged the rio now & will try again in an hour

Should i boot up the computer with the rio on or off

Does the server 'look' for the rio or vica versa, not that it makes much
diference i guess, as u can't force the server to look for the rio?

Cheers for the help guys, fingers crossed

I have found in my recent experience (i.e. not working...) that my DDAR's
need to be disconnected from the mains for a long while before they will re
boot again.

I think at least 1/2 hour and then they seem to be okay.

HTH.
