The address shouldn't change except on reboot. I wonder if you might
not be running two overlapping DHCP servers in the same space - the
RIO server software includes its own? When it came to renew the
lease, the RIO would then get the address from whichever server
happened to be fastest. This could also explain why the RIO loses
sight of the server from time to time...
