Having
had our TiVo since the beginning, I have never found a need for
more
disc space. We work on the basis of watching what we want then
deleting
it, rather than using TiVo as an archiving machine we use "download to
tape" to perform that type of function - which I must admit is rare. We
rarely
have more than 10 or so programs back logged to view, which leaves plenty
of
space for suggestions.
I
have
read that some people find TiVo very slow to list programmes as the
upgraded HDD
become full, which has also put me off.
