Have a
look at the TiVo AVS forum. It is a really active group and provides
the
definitive answer on all things TiVO.
In
particular check out this thread which provides numerous links to TiVo
sites as
well as acting as a sort of FAQ
The
hack that John is reffering to is upgrading the HDD in TiVO to increase its
recording capacity.
