Re: Weather Station Bargain

Best bargain on their site at the mo is the Davis rain sensor (7852M) with 0.2mm resolution - normally £59.95 - on offer at £19.95 !  With P&P and VAT it costs just over £30.

Just ordered one - thanks for the link Kenneth!!! :o)

Subject: [ukha_d] Weather Station Bargain

I know some of you were looking for a weather station that had a fair
bit of functionality and data logging capabilities, well I was looking
for a 1-wire job but came across a pukka Oregon Scientific one in the UK
for £148.94 excl. VAT, which is about half-price while I was looking.

It logs everything I can think you would need, but the link is:
http://www.skyview.co.uk/skybrowse?q=c&c=1

It comes with a connection to the PC so it shouldn't be too hard for one
of you clever kids to get the info into an automated setup ;)

K.

(Phil: does this count as a bargain?)
